This interactive workshop will explore the groundbreaking “cell phone novel"; Japanese, youth and pop cultures; and using online communities, technology and multimedia. The author and English cell phone novel pioneer Takatsu, and researcher of communicative technology Jack Jamieson will facilitate it. Writing activities, multimedia presentations and round-table conversations will all be part of the experience.
